 Indian, grew up in Hong Kong, and works as a data scientist in finance. She's friendly, easy-going, and values coming back to a clean, peaceful space at the end of the day. She's looking for someone with a similar lifestyle for the 3 months I'm away.

✨ Looking for:
 Someone clean, respectful, easy-going, and vegetarian, who wants a short, fixed 3-month stay (Oct 20 – Jan 20) – not a long-term let. Ideally a working professional. Needs a calm environment to come home to.
🚨 Cleanliness is non-negotiable
📄You'll be added to the contract and will need to go through referencing.

📅 Move-in: 20th October
📅 Move-out: 20th January
📄Contract: 3-month temporary let, on contract with references required
💷 Rent (incl. fixed utilities – heating & hot water): £1320/month
📪: Council tax: £99/person

Monthly total would come down to £1500
