I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the en-suite room in my lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat from 10th November.
Rent & Bills
• Current rent is £1,310/month
• Bills are around ~£150–£200 per person (varies seasonally)
• Contract: 12-month tenancy, ideal for someone looking for a long-term home
Location
• 2-3 mins walk to Canning Town Station (Jubilee + DLR, Zone 2/3)
• Quick links to Canary Wharf, London Bridge & Stratford
• Morrisons & Lidl basically on the doorstep
• Royal Victoria DLR & Elizabeth Line also within walking distance (10 mins)
The Room
• Spacious en-suite fully furnished with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables
• The desk in the photos isn’t included and will go with the person currently living here, but there is plenty of space to set up a desk if you WFH
The Flat & Building
• New-build that was only completed 2 years ago — modern and clean
• Fully furnished living room with sofa, dining table, coffee table, armchair and chairs
• Large balcony off the living room
• Modern open-plan kitchen with integrated appliances, including dishwasher and washer/dryer
• Small electrical appliances such as a microwave, vacuum, steam mop, etc. have already been added by me
• Building perks: co-working space, residents lounge, courtyard terrace, small gym (with a bigger one opening before November), secure bike storage inside the building, parcel room, concierge and security guard on-site after hours
• Parking space (if you have a car) can be negotiated with the agency for an additional fee
Non-smoking flat (including balcony) as outlined in our contract. Ideally, I’d also strongly prefer someone who doesn’t smoke or use any other substances at home.
About Me
You’d be sharing the flat with just me, a single female professional. My name is Eugenia. I’m 33, work as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical market research, and outside of work, I love exploring London’s vibrant theatre and art scene. I also do a bit of acting myself, stay active with gym, tennis, boxing and running. I’m often out and about in my free time, including evenings and weekends, so when I am home, I like things to feel quiet, relaxed and clean, so I’m looking for someone like-minded — trustworthy, independent, friendly, considerate and proactive about keeping the shared spaces tidy and usable for each other.
