Hello, we are currently looking for a housemate to join us starting on the 3rd of October.
£620 PER MONTH - Bills covered
(sometimes in winter it can rise a small amount)
The location: Canning town.
We have great travel links, we are just a 5 min walk from Star Lane station and 10 mins from Canning town station.
There are two gyms nearby as well as a range of restaurants and big shops like Morrisons and co-op.
We are a young professional household, looking for a fourth to join us. We are a friendly bunch, we like to go out on weekends and occasionally have bbq's etc together at the house.
We are looking for a young trustworthy professional working a 9-5 weekday. Someone that is tidy in communal areas and respectful of noise at nightime.
We are x2 vegetarians and x1 vegan so someone in that spirit would be preferred but it's not a dealbreaker.
