Looking for a new housemate from the end of September / early October as my lovely housemate is moving in with her boyfriend! Pics of the room and flat attached. 12 min walk from Custom House (Elizabeth line) and also from Canning Town (Jubilee and DLR). Lovely new build flat, own front door to the street, downstairs open plan living area, upstairs 2 bedrooms and a large balcony terrace.
The room is the master bedroom - a light and spacious double room with ensuite and built in wardobe. King size bed with new Emma mattress. Direct access to the balcony.
Looking for someone tidy, and sociable who likes dogs (I have a small Border Terrier called Maggie). I work most days in Canary Wharf - and occasionally from home. LMK if you have any questions! Can do viewings this evening or Monday after work, or later next weekend.
Ideally looking for someone for 9+ months, but can be flexible for the right fit. Would be a lodger contract as I own the flat. £1300 inc all bills. £1000 deposit.
