Looking for someone to take over my tenancy, the contract lasts up to September 5th 2026✨

It’s a 7 minute walk to the Jubilee line + DLR and lots of buses 🚌
5 minute walk to shops (Lidl, Co-op and Morrisons) and cafes etc ☕️

You'd be living with Petra (they/them 27, software engineer) Kate (she/her 20s post-grad student) and Andi (trans man, he/him, 21, architecture apprentice)
The house is very chill and everyone’s very respectful of each others space 🌞

What?
Large double room with views over the park, comes semi furnished with a double bed + mattress, 2 wardrobes and a large chest of drawers! 🛏️
Willing to leave chair and desk if you like them 💖
The house has 1 bathroom with a shower/bath and toilet and one WC downstairs, a shared kitchen/dining room and a garden. 🪴✨

Contract info:

You will be required to pay 2 months rent in advance + deposit (£923) if successful
You can leave before the contract ends on Sept 5th 2026 if you find someone to replace you.
You could move late September/start of October if necessary
Need guarantor / pay evidence / rent in advance
Bills not included (~100pcm)
Council Tax band D

Unfortunately our agency does not accept couples or housing benefit. The household is not step free as there is a step to enter the house and a flight of stairs to access the main upstairs bathroom. Students are accepted.
