En-suite double room in modern 2-bed flat

I am looking for someone to replace me on the last 6 months of my current lease In a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat.

You would be sharing with a 27 year old professional female, originally from South Africa. There would also be an option to extend the lease if wanted.

About the flat :

The room for rent is a spacious and bright en-suite bedroom with views of the river and the O2.

The flat is modern, fully furnished and has a large balcony, storage room and spacious kitchen and living area.

The building is a 3-min walk from Canning Town station with access to the DLR and Jubilee lines which get you into central London within 15 minutes.

The building also has a co-working space, gym and concierge.

I have lived here for the past 2.5 years and have had no issues with the landlord, any maintenance issues are also sorted out usually within a day!

I would be flexible on move in dates anytime in October.

Rent + bills is approx. 1450 per month

The building has a zero deposit scheme, therefore a flat fee of £175 would be payable. No further deposit is required.
