Description

The room is spacious with two large windows and a double bed, 2 bedside drawers, a chest of drawers, a cupboard and plenty of storage space. Bathroom will be shared with one other person. The property is a 3 bedroom flat with a large balcony in a modern building designed for renting, with a gym onsite for residents. It's a 2 minute walk from Canning Town station (Jubilee and DLR connectivity) and the nearest grocery stores- Lidl and Morrisons, are a 5 minute walk away.

This is a female-preferred flat and we are looking for someone responsible, clean and quiet to take over the tenancy of one of our flatmates who is moving out. For our part, we both work professional 9-5s, enjoy a night in watching movies and cooking, and want to maintain a peaceful and respectful household. Do message if you are interested!
