The property is a 3 bedroom flat with a large balcony in a modern building designed for renting, with a gym onsite for residents. It's a 2 minute walk from Canning Town station (Jubilee and DLR connectivity) and the nearest grocery stores- Lidl and Morrisons, are a 5 minute walk away.

This is a female-preferred flat and we are looking for someone responsible, clean and quiet to take over the tenancy of one of our flatmates who is moving out.
