THE FLAT:

There is a shared communal lounge, with a large, comfy, sofa and giant pouffe from which to sit back and enjoy the wide-screen TV after a hard day at work. Wooden blinds provide perfect privacy.

The kitchen is ready for you to conjure up culinary delights and comes fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, and utensils. There is a washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, and fridge/freezer.

The dining area has a large table which is perfect for dinner parties.

There is a cloakroom plus a separate boiler room. They both provide lots of extra storage space if you need it.

The flat has beautiful wooden floors and is centrally heated.

All bills are included with zero additional fees. A 5-week deposit is required.

There is a lovely, large, communal, garden which is ideal for lounging out in the summers.

THE FLATMATES:

I am Amit and the current tenant who is moving out. Mo, the landlord, works in the emergency services. Molly is our other flatmate. She works in IT/Banking. Both of them are warm, easy-going and friendly. Whilst working hard during the week we also enjoy making the most of London. I would definitely recommend staying at Mo's property as he is very warm and welcoming and the apartment is always neat and tidy, easily accessible to parks, restaurants and transport hubs.

An ideal flatmate would be someone who respects others' privacy and space but is also open and friendly. This is not a party house so someone who prefers a calm, quiet and peaceful home to come back to.

Most of us have lived in some grubby rental accommodation over the years. You will appreciate the clean & tidy nature of this flat. And will want to keep it this way.

Canning Town tube station is 6mins walk away.

The station has both the 'DLR' and the 24-hour Jubilee lines.

This makes it a good station to easily travel to anywhere in London, at any time of the day or night.
