The house is in canning town and it’s about 7 mins walk to the station with easy access to Morrison, Lidl and Asian grocer store Tian Tian market.

There are street parking spaces outside of the house-- it is in a quiet corner so you get plenty of parking space and it's safe!

In addition to your room, you will have your own bathroom , shared kitchen and shared living room and there’s a garden where we have been growing food.

The room has two window so plenty of nature light.

The area is quiet and this place would suit someone enjoys tending the garden, clean/tidy and is queer/neurodivergent friendly.

The existing flatmate is very clean/tidy, musical and enjoys cooking.

The Room: (All rooms in the house have separate locks for privacy and security.)

A spacious double room with a double size bed and a high-quality branded mattress for your comfort.

Fully equipped kitchen:
Dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, kettle, mixer, Juicier, oven, gas hob, extractor hood, large American-style fridge/freezer, and a full set of cooking essentials (pans, pots, etc.).

Two bathrooms:
both equipped with a basin, shower, and toilet. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub, and there’s a washing machine with a dryer.

Kitchen and living room are separated and are both good size , with TV in both kitchen and living room.
