Current flatmate is working in hotel industry so always on site at work. You will mainly live by yourself and Tom (my cat). The flat come with mostly all bills (water, council tax, boardband) apart from electricity bills which is around £50-£70 a month - depends on how much you use. The flat comes with regular cleaner who come every 2 weeks to clean the living area and hall way.

I am looking for female only and must be ok with cat. Rather than that i am very easy going and understandable person. I work a lot so I hope someone will take care of this place like home. I also travel around 3 months a year so you will be mostly by yourself. Working from home is welcomed. Kitchen is fully equipped, you don’t need to bring anything.
