The room is double sized with large windows and blackout curtains, wardrobe, bed with under bed storage, side tables, work desk and chair.
The building also has a concierge, parcel lockers, small gym, bike storage, and co-working space attached. The flat is east facing with lovely views over the Thames and O2.
Flat is based 5 min walk from Canning town station (jubilee line, and DLR) and 15 minutes walk from Customs House (Elisabeth line and DLR)
Many shops nearby, including Morrisons, Sainsbury's, and Lidl.
Total bills including council tax band C average about £200 a month, pending our usage.
About myself: I'm a 40 year old design researcher. I work full time, and am 4 days a week in office.
I'm multi national born in Australia with German and English parents. I've been in the UK most of my life now. I do enjoy travelling, going out, or staying in and crafting.
About you: You are a professional, clean, tidy, and respectful. You don't mind being sociable but also independent.
