Welcome to my brand-new, east-facing flat in Canning Town 2min walk to the station! This spacious and bright apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows and Juliet balcony in each bedroom, perfect for enjoying morning sun and fresh air.

The available room is approximately 3.5m by 3.5m, fully furnished with a comfortable double bed. You’ll have exclusive use of a bathroom in the hallway, ensuring added privacy. (The room comes with everything in the pictures excluding the TV and boxes)

We’ll share a modern, bright living room and kitchen, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The flat is / being designed and furnished to the highest standards, with designer furniture and meticulous attention to detail. Still waiting for few items to arrive for the Living area but it is 90% there.

The rent is £1,400 per month, which includes water, electricity, heating, council tax, and 1GB internet. Please note that the TV license is not included, as I don’t watch TV. In the future, we can consider a cleaner every other week to maintain the space.

A Little About Me:

I’m 34 years old, an interior designer working in central London. I’m passionate about fitness, regularly hitting the gym, and I also love snowboarding during the winter season.

I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community and in a long-distance relationship. My partner visits once or twice a month, and I also visit them regularly, so the flat will often be peaceful.

I enjoy cooking and watching TV, and I’m definitely more of an introvert. During weekdays, I’m quite busy, waking up at 5:30 AM for the gym and work, and returning around 7 PM, followed by an early night. Fridays are my work-from-home day.

About you:

I’m looking for a lodger who doesn’t work from home every day (maximum one day a week from the bedroom) and who will take care of the flat like their own while I’m away. Male lodger preferred.
