Tenancy is a 6 month minimum contract. You will be signing a tenancy for 6 months on a joint and several basis (one tenancy agreement).
The rooms is £670 bills ~£100. Couples accepted for an extra £80. It is a bright and spacious second floor room overlooking the street. Room comes with all furnishings.
The house is located 5 min walk to Star Lane station and a 10 min walk to Canning Town.
There will be 4 in the house in total, two of us are quiet young professionals who like to go out on weekends occasionally and chill the rest of the time! We’re looking for people with similar vibes :))
