The house has one other housemate (who is in a double room with ensuite), who is a kind, tidy and sociable teacher from New Zealand. Downstairs is an open plan living area, with desk, dining table, sofas and kitchen, plus a downstairs loo with storage for shoes and coats. Upstairs is two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms, with direct access to the lovely balcony.
I am going away for a month (on 20th Feb) and plan to rent out my room whilst I am gone, so that my housemate isn't alone for the whole time. (bottom photos are from estate agent before I moved in, will update when I get a chance to take photos of my room as it is now)
