Canning Town modern flat, joint tenancy

I’m looking for one person to join me in renewing the contract on a two bed apartment in Canning Town. This is not a spare room or sublet. We would both sign the contract together and continue as equal tenants from February 19 onwards.

The flat is modern, spacious, and very well maintained. One bedroom is ensuite, which is the room available. The second bedroom has its own separate bathroom located just outside the room, so both tenants have their own private bathroom.

There is a large, well designed kitchen with plenty of storage and space to cook. The flat is bright, calm, and comfortable, and feels like a proper home rather than a short term rental.

The building itself is a big plus. It has a private internal garden and a large indoor walking and running area, so you can exercise without leaving the building. There is also a gym downstairs and direct lift access to Morrisons in the basement, which makes day to day living very convenient.

The building is secure, well managed, and ideal if you want a quiet, clean, and easy living setup with good facilities.

I’m looking for someone responsible, tidy, and respectful, who is happy to commit to a shared tenancy and look after the place properly. Ideally a professional or postgraduate.
