I’m looking for one person to join me in renewing the contract on a two bed apartment in Canning Town. This is not a spare room or sublet. We would both sign the contract together and continue as equal tenants from February 19 onwards.

The building is secure, well managed, and ideal if you want a quiet, clean, and easy living setup with good facilities.
I’m looking for someone responsible, tidy, and respectful, who is happy to commit to a shared tenancy and look after the place properly. Ideally a professional or postgraduate.
