Hello! I’m looking for a clean and considerate flatmate to share my two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Canning Town. The available room is a spacious double and comes with its own private bathroom.

The flat is in a great location, just a short walk from Canning Town station, with excellent transport links via the Jubilee line and DLR, making commuting into central London quick and easy.

I’m a professional working in finance. I’m tidy, considerate, and friendly, and am hoping to find a flatmate who enjoys a welcoming home environment. I’m always up for a good conversation, but I also value mutual respect and personal space.

The room will be available from the first week of April, as my current flatmate is moving out.

Rent includes broadband, but all other bills will be split equally. Happy to provide more information if you are interested.
