Location - right next to Canning Town station, with easy access to Canary Wharf, o2 arena & Excel centre. Can get into central London in 20 minutes via Jubilee line or DLR. Also a short walk to Custom House station for the Elizabeth line.
You will have your own private bathroom as pictured.
The flat is on the 18th floor so you have amazing views of east London.
Apartment complex comes with free WiFi, gym & coworking space.
Monthly rent - £1300, excl bills. These usually come to around £200 each.
Council Tax band E
It can be pet friendly but pet rent is an additional £75 a month. There is also a pet spa in the building 😂
About me - I’m 28 and work in TV advertising, I love a girls night out but and also love nights in cooking dinner and watching tv so hoping to find someone who loves to socialise! But of course also respect each others space. I also love Pilates and they’ve just opened a studio downstairs which is amazing!!
