Property: a 2 bed, 2 bath flat, and the room comes with an en-suite bathroom.

The room: Bright, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a king size double bed and a fantastic open view.

The whole flat feels modern, stylish and high-spec, with very good ventilation and underfloor heating, which makes it especially comfortable in winter. Another big plus is that the heating cost is quite low during colder months, so it stays warm without becoming too expensive.

The location is extremely convenient:
• 1 minute from Canning Town station
• Close to Morrisons, Lidl and Tian Tian supermarket
• Bars, gym, noodle shops and bubble tea all nearby with 3mins walk
• 10 minutes to Canary Wharf / Isle of Dogs
• 10 minutes to Stratford
• 30 minutes to Central London

I’m ideally looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy until 26 November 2026.
Short-term stays may also be considered, although the price may be adjusted depending on the length of stay.
