• Alistair (28) – IT consultant, mostly office-based
• Will (31) – NHS doctor

They’re both friendly, easy-going guys who enjoy a relaxed home vibe.

Outside of work, they enjoy hanging out - whether over lunch or in the evenings - but also value their own space, and are looking for someone with a similar mindset, no party animals, but someone who likes to keep the flat clean and tidy. Therefore, we’re looking for someone clean, respectful, sociable, and values a peaceful, tidy home.

• Comes with a king-size bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, and two wardrobes, new mattress as of 4 months ago

• Deposit: £120 (one-off, non-refundable Flatfair fee instead of a traditional deposit)
• Contract: will become rolling from 1st May
• You’ll need to pass referencing (you must earn over £35k to meet the flat’s income threshold)
