The flat:
The flat is on the 16th floor with amazing views of City Island and the O2. The flat is spacious, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area, lots of natural light throughout the day, and a huge balcony. The flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen, which has a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine and dryer. There is a separate storage room, so you have plenty of space.

The building:
Modern apartment complex with great amenities including a gym, co-working space, residents’ lounge, and concierge. There are also secure lockers downstairs where you can safely receive parcels.

The room:
The room is a great-sized double with two large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. It comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and 2 bedside drawers. You will also have your own private bathroom outside the room. The bathroom is huge and has a bathtub.

Location and transport:
Located just a 2-minute walk from Canning Town station (Jubilee Line and DLR), with excellent connections:
Around 10 minutes to Canary Wharf
Around 20 minutes to London Bridge
Easy access to Stratford and the O2
The Elizabeth Line via Custom House is also nearby

What’s nearby:
Everything you need is right on your doorstep. There is a Sainsbury’s Local right below the building. Directly across the road, there is Lidl, a large Morrisons, Superdrug, and Tian Tian supermarket. There are also plenty of cafes and takeaway spots nearby, including McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Pret.

I’m a working professional, usually in the office 2 to 3 days a week. I’m clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I’m always up for a chat over coffee or dinner, but also value personal space.
