2 rooms in lovely 3 bed house, East London

I am looking for two tidy, respectful housemates to share a 3-bed house in Canning Town.

About the rooms:
The rooms are both unfurnished.
One room is a large double and has a built in wardrobe. (£830/pcm)
The other room is a smaller but does fit a double bed and has plenty of built in shelving along one wall. (£710/pcm)

The rent is excluding bills, which come to approx £100 a month (gas, electric, internet and council tax).

A little bit about me: I am a professional in my 30’s work a 9-5 and ideally am looking for female professionals with similar schedules. I have been living with my current housemates for a number of years and I hoping to keep the social and calm vibe we currently have in the house. I enjoy running, climbing, reading and going out for nice food/coffee. I am vegetarian but happy to share with non veggies.

I am looking for housemates who want to socialising together whether that be a drink at the pub or enjoying a tv series together, but also enjoy their own space too.

The house is spacious with a big kitchen and living room, and a lovely garden perfect for sitting out in the summer. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath.

It’s a great location only a 5 minute walk from Canning Town tube station with great connections on the Jubilee Line to Stratford and Central London.

There is Morrisons and Sainsbury's very close by as well as nice local bars, cafes, restaurants and breweries around Canning Town as well as climbing and yoga centres down the road.
