Hi! We are looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy, working FT, and wanting to be a part of a sociable house but also enjoy their own space too. Move in date can be flexible but around mid May would be ideal.

The room is a small double and comes unfurnished but with built in shelving along one wall. The rent is £710/pcm excluding bills, which come to approx £120 a month (gas, electric, internet and council tax).

The house is spacious with a big kitchen and living room, and a lovely garden perfect for sitting out in the summer. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath.

It’s in a great location only a 5 minute walk from Canning Town tube station with great connections on the Jubilee Line to Stratford and Central London.

There is Morrisons and Lidl very close by as well as nice local bars, cafes, restaurants and breweries around Canning Town and climbing and yoga centres down the road.
