You’d be living with 2 other lovely girls in their mid-20s, working professionals.
Requirements: you must be a working professional and have an annual income of £30,000+
*Please note that, as our tenancy required six months’ rent upfront, the remaining rent until 3rd September has already been prepaid by me.
If you’re interested, you would need to cover the remaining rent (£940 per month for three months, or pro rata depending on your move-in date) and the deposit to me directly. The deposit will then be returned to you directly by the agent Johns & Co at the end of the tenancy as usual.
