Double bedroom with private bathroom

Hello! I’m on the hunt for a new flatmate to share my home in Canning Town. The spare room has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and you’ll get your own private bathroom.

I’m looking for someone who:

- Keeps things clean and tidy, both in their room and the shared spaces.
- Respects a calm and quiet vibe – no parties in the flat, loud music or bringing groups of friends round especially late at night, please.
- Prefer female, professional, aged 30-45, friendly, nice, easygoing and respectful and someone I get on with.
- No couples

I like to keep the flat tidy and relaxed. So, if you’re into a chilled, clean and peaceful home, with occasional drinks and chats or watching a tv show together (but value and respect each other’s space and routines as well), this might be just right for you. Move in date is 27/28 June 2026. Bills aren’t included in rent and are around £150-200 each per month (maybe a little bit more in winter with the heating on).

The flat is walking distance (around 10-15mins) to Canning Town tube station, Royal Victoria DLR and to Custom House for the Elizabeth Line/DLR.

About me:

I’m 43, female, work in the City in the public sector. WFH twice a week. I’m chatty, considerate, nice and friendly. I like meeting friends for drinks, food and shopping. But I spend most my time at home after work and staying in at the weekends, where I enjoying reading, watching tv shows and cooking.
