We're looking for someone to take over my double room in the house. It's a relaxed and welcoming house and we’re keen to find someone who’ll feel comfortable here. Professional, queer-friendly household consisting of a piano teacher, architect and engineer.
The room has previously gone quickly, so feel free to message ASAP if you'd like to arrange a viewing.

• Furnished with desk, bed frame & mattress. Additional cupboard available for £50.

• Quiet room in a relaxed house (no cars passing outside)
• £700 rent
• Approx. £100 bills per month (includes Wi-Fi, council tax, gas and electricity)
• £923 deposit (Spareroom doesn't allow this value in the description)
• Contract until September. The contract will convert to rolling from May due to the renter's reform bill.

• Large kitchen overlooking a park, with dining table
• Large fridge and freezer (each person has their own shelf in both)
