I am looking for someone to join me in a 2 bed 1 bath house in Canning Town near both Canning Town underground and Custom House station with excellent transport links.

You will be sharing with me, I'm Frankie (They/Them), I'm 29 and I work as a policy advisor. You will also be sharing with Teddy, an adorable silly cat who loves playtime and attention and CHEESE!

House is 1 story, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom (bath with showerhead) and central corridor. Carpeted except kitchen, toilet, bathroom.

Living room is massive and we have half as a dining area and half as lounger area. Natural light throughout! Newham residents have to apply for parking permits but it is available.

There's loads of space in the garden for BBQs and to grow more plants!

I have a cleaning rota (once a month full communal areas cleaning) and take care to consistently keep communal areas tidy, and we will each handle some of the bills.

The agency and landlord are generally very responsive for repairs etc

I am looking for a long-term flatmate who is a good fit. I am neurodivergent and like low noise, friendly and have interests in queer, trans and disability rights. LGBTQ+ queer and trans safe space.
