Double room available in a modern 13th floor flat, 5 minutes from Canning Town station (Jubilee + DLR), with great connections across London.

The room comes with use of the main bathroom (including bathtub), while I have the en-suite. Shared areas include a spacious kitchen/living room, balcony, and a separate storage room. Flat also has dishwasher and washing machine.

Building has a small gym room with treadmill, bike and weights for quick workouts, communal workspaces, and 24/7 concierge. Small Sainsbury’s is 1 minute away and a larger one around 5 minutes walk, so it’s a really convenient area day-to-day.

Bills usually come to around £150pp/month.

You’ll be living with me. I’m Greek and a clinical psychologist in my early 30s. I like socialising with friends, cinema, bouldering, gym, going to the theatre etc. The flat is social and friendly but not a party flat. I mostly work in clinic with one day WFH.
