Flat is originally unfurnished but I brought my own dining table, chairs, cutlery, plates, mop, hoover and toaster which I’m happy to share.

About the location 📍

The flat is very well located. Canning Town station (Jubilee/DLR) is 5 min walk only. Same for the very large Morrisons, the LIDL, Tian Tian, Prêt, Starbucks and many others. There are two gyms 3 min walk away, a Coop 2 min walk, pharmacy, dentist, it has everything !

About me 🙋‍♂️

I am a 30 years old software engineer, working from home 3 days a week. I am passionate about indoor rowing (have my own machine at home which I’m happy to share), cinema, gaming and minimalism (don’t be shocked if you find the flat to be fairly empty). I am quiet and tidy. Oh and I’m French (accent included, hope it’s not a dealbreaker !).

Regarding my lifestyle, you might want to know that I row for 30 minutes, in the morning, when I wake up (usually between 7:20 AM to 7:40 AM). The rowing machine is currently in the living room but can move it into my room to keep noise down. My desk is in the living room, where I spend most of my time.

I don’t really have an ideal flatmate in mind, I think it’s more about whether we click in person. That said, I value good and transparent communication so maybe someone on a similar wavelength ?
