Double room in Canning Town

Our lovely flatmate is sadly moving to a new area, so we're looking for a girl in her 20s to fill a room in our gorg 3 bed flat in Canning Town (E16). Move in date is 29th August.

The room/flat:
Bright and spacious furnished double room with a large fitted wardrobe. Flat is modern with large kitchen/living area and a huge south facing terrace O
You'll be sharing a
bathroom with one other person. We have a concierge and a private car park.
Transport
- 8 min walk to Canning Town station (Jubilee Line, DLR) - 10 mins to London Bridge, 4 mins to Canary Wharf, 16 mins to Bank. Jubilee is a night tube!
- 8 min walk to Royal Victoria (DLR)
- 14 min walk to Custom House (Elizabeth Line, DLR)

Area:
- Within 5-10 minute walk: Big Morrisons, Lidl, Sainsbury's Local, Superdrug, Savers, gyms, cafes, restaurants, etc
- Within our development: reformer pilates studio, yoga studio, rock climbing gym
- 7 min walk to the lovely Royal Victoria
Docklands and the Cable Car
- We're just off the main road to the tube
- very safe and peaceful area

Cost:
Rent is £1020 per month excluding bills. Bills are approx £130-150 (Newham council tax band E).

About us:
You'll be living with Tara (Irish, 26 soon hence the cake lol) and Mia (English, 24).
We both work 9-5 in finance/public sector.

We're fun sociable gals who enjoy watching shows together, eating out, going to the pub, all the usual stuff x

What we're looking for:
- We keep the flat extremely clean and tidy and treat it like a home, so finding someone who is similar is super important to us
- A young professional on a 9-5 schedule (or thereabouts)
- Someone who is naturally considerate and ideally who we can also be friends with but still has their own life and things going on!
- Unfortunately no students or couples
