Hi! We’re a couple looking for a third flatmate to join us in a great 2-bed 2-bath flat at Fortune’s Dock, Canning Town.

You’d have your own double room (Bedroom 2), with your own private bathroom (just outside the room, not shared with us).

• Working professional, able to pass referencing
• Clean and tidy — this is important to us, we’d love someone who’s happy to keep on top of shared spaces
• Non-smoker
• Respectful of shared space — happy to have friends/partners over occasionally but with a heads up in advance
• Easy to live with and communicate with
