Hi, I’m looking for a professional to rent the largest bedroom in my flat from mid-September, ideally someone looking for a medium/long-term home. The room is offered on a lodger agreement, as you’ll be sharing the flat with me.

The flat has recently been completely renovated with a minimalist, modern luxury vibe. Everything is fresh, clean and in excellent condition, and I’ve furnished it with the intention of making it a really comfortable home.

The room is the largest bedroom in the flat and has its own private en-suite. It comes fully furnished and includes:

* Private en-suite with a walk-in shower
* Newly fitted carpet
* Brand-new, newly fitted wardrobes
* Brand-new king bed and mattress
* Ottoman king bed with plenty of additional storage underneath
* Built-in Desk
* Plenty of natural light - the flat is south-facing, so it gets great light throughout the day

There is a desk in the room, but I’m not providing a chair as everyone has different preferences when it comes to comfort and back support.

🏠 The flat

The flat is on the third floor of a modern building, with a lift and private concierge. It has been completely renovated in a minimalist luxury style, with a modern open-plan kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and available to share, including:
* Fridge/freezer
* Washing machine
* Kettle
* Toaster
* Cordless hoover
* Plates, glasses and cutlery
* Pans and other basic kitchen equipment

The kitchen and living room are shared with me, as is the balcony. The balcony is a really nice bonus. There is a bench where you can sit, enjoy the view, get some fresh air or have a coffee. There is also bike storage available in the basement.

💷 £1,350 pcm — ALL BILLS INCLUDED
The rent is £1,350 per month, with everything included, so there are no additional monthly bills to worry about.

This includes:
* Fibre Wi-Fi
* Heating
* Hot water
* Electricity
* Council tax

The deposit is a fixed £500, which will be returned at the end of the lodger agreement provided there is no damage.

📍 Location & transport

The flat is around 7 minutes’ walk from Canning Town station, with both the Jubilee line and DLR.

The transport links are excellent:
* Canary Wharf – 2 stops
* Stratford – 2 stops
* North Greenwich – 1 stop
* London Bridge – around 10 minutes
* Bank – around 15 minutes

For everyday shopping, there’s a Sainsbury’s around 3 minutes away, with Lidl and Morrisons approximately 10 minutes away.

👋 About me

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, AJ. I work in banking and currently go into the office around 2 days a week, with the rest working from home.

I’m also a swimmer and train early in the mornings, so I’m generally quite active. At home though, I’m very chilled and like having a clean, quiet and comfortable environment. I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat or grab a drink together, but I also completely respect people’s privacy and having their own space.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and relatively quiet. I’m not looking for a party flatmate. I’d like the flat to feel like a nice, relaxed home for both of us.
