2 bedrooms available in Canning Town

Hi we have two bedrooms available in Canning Town. The first bedroom is located in the ground floor and the second is located in the top floor. Both have plenty of natural light and big windows. The both come with bed, desk and a wardrobe as well as some space for storage .

The house house was recently been painted and renovated with a new boiler, wooden floors and new kitchen appliances. It is split over two floors: Downstairs we have another bedroom, a communal living room with a big sofa and a smart TV and the kitchen with plenty of storage, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a back garden with astro-turf to enjoy al fresco dining/drinks on warm days! Upstairs there is a bathroom and two double bedrooms.

The street it's a very quiet in terms of traffic and it has a very cool community feel. The house has great commute links to Canary Wharf, Stratford and central London. Star Lane station is just under 3 minutes from the house with direct links to Stratford in just a few minutes. Canning Town Station is around 7 minute walk and there is a huge Morrisons, Co-op, Iceland, a gym, Starbucks, Super Drug and more amenities on the high street. West Ham is around 10-12 min walk.

Arvin is the only flatmate living in the property. He is a professional data scientist in his early thirties who loves the gym and healthy life habits.
