It is located in a very very quiet residential area, it has a sharing playing ground. A supermarket near by, about 8 mins far from the flat by walking.

All bills and internet inclusive-no adimin cost .

One month deposit is required.

The flat has a brilliant location; it is very quiet and easy access to all kinds of transportation, close to tube station and DLR station: 5-10 minutes by walking to tube and DLR station(10 minutes to Canary Wharf and 15 mins to London Bridge).Also, there are two buses available from station to flat 241 and 147.
People in the flat would like to keep the house as tidy as we can, so anyone friendly and tidy are most welcomed.
