I have 1 double room available in a 2 bed, 2 bath property. The room comes with its own modern bathroom complete with a shower and bath.

I've been living in the property for 3 years now. My current flatmate got a job abroad, so will be vacating the room.

I have a large living area with 50"TV, PS4, large kitchen and balcony with views over London and the Olympic village.

There is a concierge service available, as well as underground parking and bike sheds.

The building is just across the street from Canning town station (Jubilee, DLR and buses)you can be in Canary Wharf in 10 minutes.

There are also many markets, shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a new gym and dry cleaner.

Bills are about £100 pppm (including council tax).
