- a bathroom with bath and shower
- a spare box room mainly used for books and storage
- under stairs storage
- a back garden with barbeque

The house is shared with a friendly male medical student who enjoys cooking, climbing, and hiking.

We are looking to fill the room with a professional or student male or female. A non-smoker would be preferred, but this is not a total bar as smoking is allowed in the garden.
