I am sadly leaving this lovely, peaceful room at the end of December and looking for a replacement.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is conveniently located literally right in front of Canonbury overground (or a 10 minute walk to Highbury and Islington Tube Station).

You can easily reach many places from here e. g. Angel, Islington, Dalston, Stoke Newington and Newington Green or central!

The local neighborhood is great, with lots of restaurants, cute pubs and nice walks by the canal.

The bedroom occupies the full floor of the top of the house and is huge! It has a full walk in wardrobe, an additional large storage closet, a seating area and a large en-suite with a double shower.

Downstairs, there is a large living room connected to a conservatory with plenty of natural light and sitting space. The kitchen is fully separated, with all needed appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave) and plenty of storage.

Last but not least, we have a small garden with a shed and a BBQ, perfect for those summer nights!

You will share the house with two French females, working in business development and fashion.

We are looking for a working professional, preferably a female, in their late twenties/early thirties, who treats the house like their home, who has their own life but enjoys the occasional diner/movie night. This is not a party house, but we do from time to time like to host dinners with friends.

Rent is £1150 without bills. Bills come at roughly £80 (energy, wifi, council tax etc..

We have an agent, so one-off agent fee for change of tenancy is £50. And deposit is £1246.

There is secure bike parking in the development.
