We are looking for a housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Canonbury.
The flat is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet part of North London. You are a short walk from Highbury Fields, Clissold Park and Finsbury Park.

You will be filling the spare room from our room mate that moved back to New Zealand. It is a medium sized room which has a bed, frame, draws, cupboard and 2x side tables and lamps. You will be sharing a large bathroom with one other person and it has a shower/bath combo.

Nightlife is all around, with a short walk to Upper St in Angel and plenty of pubs and restaurants around Highbury, Angel & Holloway.

The flat itself is occupied by three other tenants with one being a couple.

James & Ellie:
Two Australians in their mid-20s who both work in media/advertising. Enjoy exercise, coffee, the movies, and long weekends.

Holly:
Our token Brit who is an architect working in Camden. Holly is in her early 30s and is originally from Hull. Holly spends quite a bit of time on site visits predominantly in Oxford and enjoys parks and a G&T.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is mid-twenties to early thirties and enjoys being social and works full time. In the current climate, James & Ellie will be partly back in the office from June and WFH 2-3 days a week. Holly will also be back in the office for a part time capacity in June. There is capacity for everyone to WFH if need be.

Room - £750 a month
