Hello,

We are looking to move out of our flat ASAP. Myself and my girlfriend have lived in the spacious flat for all most a year and unfortunately need to leave.

It is a one bed room with plenty of cupboard space, living room and kitchen on the ground floor or a newly renovated building. There is a ground floor garden (communal area) and a communal roof access. The building is only three floors and the neighbours are nice.

The flat is a 10 min walk to Dalston junction or a 5 min walk to Canonbury station, or a 10 min bus to Angel.

If you are interested in moving in you can take over our tenancy agreement which ends in September 2021 but has a move out clause in March 2021 (you can leave with one months notice from March). The rent is £1,425 pcm and deposit of £1,644.24. The landlord is great and replaced the mattress after we complained about it being too lumpy. EPC C RATED, the monthly energy bills are £30 for two people.

The flat will be furnished with a double bed, kitchen table + four chairs, cofee table and L-shaped sofa.

There is a parking space on the ground floor that have an electronic gate but we did not need it, the landlord would charge an extra ~£50 a month to add the parking space
