Islington short term 1 bed - Jan/Feb/March

Short term 3 month let in great location in N1...I'm looking for a professional/couple who might need a short term place to stay while we are away. The flat is a 2 bed but will rent it as a 1 bed - available from 22nd Dec until end of March.
Located on St Pauls Rd The flat is 2 mins walk to Canonbury overground and 5 mins walk to Highbury & Islington tube on Victoria line/overground. Its a 10 minute walk to Upper St in one direction, 10 minutes to Dalston the other.

The flat is open plan, with fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, microwave, dishwasher), dining table, large leather sofa. It has a decent size balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and furniture including, wardrobe/draws. A desk can be provided if required.

Security entrance and secure underground bike parking.

All bills included (wireless broadband, gas etc).
