Lovely Double bedroom in Highbury/Canonbury

Hello everyone!

Sadly our flatmate Sara will be leaving our flat to move in with her lovely boyfriend. The apartment is in a wonderfully quiet area while being less than 10 min away from Upper Street. We are right in between Highbury and Islington Station ( 8 min walk, Victoria Line, Overground) and Canonbury Station ( 7 min walk, Overground).

The rent is £800/month and the bills come to just under 100£ every month.

We love this apartment and everyone helps to keep it nice and tidy and it's a very comfortable space to live in. The room (Bedroom 2 on the floor plan) has a king-size bed, a desk, a dresser, and a small built-in wardrobe. Several of the items currently in the bedroom, including the desk chair, will be up for sale to the new tenant :)

The apartment has tons of shared storage. The bathroom (full bath) and toilet are separate. Besides the obvious, the kitchen has a dishwasher, a laundry machine and a drier (separate, so it actually dries, it's a marvel). We also have a lovely balcony which we try to enjoy when the sun is out!

You'll be living with two women, both professionals, Loretta (a consultant) and Maria (who works for a non-profit), both 29. We are always keen for a nice catch-up up with a G&T after work.

Sara will be moving out when our lease is up for renewal, so we are looking for someone looking to move in around the 21st of September - there could be some flexibility to move in before depending on Sara and her boyfriend's housing situation.
