There is private parking out the front for immediate access, with a residential parking permit available for request.

The room comes equipped with a super king size Leesa bed and huge closet. The room has large windows which look out onto an amazing private garden area, bathing the room with natural light. As seen in photos, the internet router is located in the room, perfect for connecting your laptop or work station directly to the router for reliable, high speed internet. There is a shared living space area with a dining table, four chairs, Yamaha CLP 745 piano and plenty of light. Being next to the bedroom, the windows and door open up to the shared garden, allowing immediate access. Other half of the living room has large 3 seater sofa, coffee table, and brand new 55" smart TV, as well as being equipped with the Nest Smart Thermostat and Amazon Dot.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential appliances, including large fridge freezer, 4 plate induction hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and SAGE Barista Express BES875UK Bean to Cup Coffee Machine. I'm currently looking for a new flatmate which is ideally a fellow young working professional with a friendly, laid back attitude. I currently work a hybrid working pattern, commuting, on average, twice a week into Central London.
