SUBLET!! Spacious & bright room in artsy apartment

Hello!
Searching for someone to take over my room for a short term during the time I will be on holiday :) ✈️
I am going to be away from the 1st to 31st of August. I am flexible with the dates and open to staying with a friend if you need the room for a few more days than the stated ones.

This is a super cute flat with loads of plants 🪴 and it is very bright! 10 min walk to Canonbury station and a 5 min walk from local Sainsbury’s and off-licence. 20 min walk from Angel and Dalston.

It’s usually just me and my flatmate but it will be just you and him while I’m away. We are both queer and he works as a bar manager, I am a freelance illustrator. We are both very artsy and love making dinners and watching trash TV together 🌈

All bills will be included and you are free to use our utilities such as kitchen seasonings, laundry detergent and toilet paper 🧻

Wi-Fi is included too and there’s Netflix and Amazon Prime.

I will put my stuff in a storage room so you’ll have lots of space for your things.

I am free to show you the place so let’s find a day that works for us 🤍
