*Short Term* Large Double Nr Canonbury

Hi! We're looking for a 4th flatmate for our house in Canonbury from 20th December until late March.

Large double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk !

The location is great - a few mins walk from Canonbury overground, 10ish to Islington, and easy fast cycle access to central. It's generally very quiet and safe-feeling.
We're 3 good friends, and are laid back but tidy. We try and get together for a flat meal at least once a month, and often use the kitchen as a social space. We all work from home a couple days a week.
The kitchen is large and has a big sofa in it. The house also has a decent-sized paved garden, a bathroom and a toilet.

Council tax band - C
Bills not included - seem to average around £40 pm.

Move in date will be 20th Dec, with some flexibility!
