The maisonette has been recently rennovated to a high standard. There are two full bathrooms.
It is on the New River Walk so it is a lovely setting with lots of green visibility.
Handy for Upper St and Essex Road.
Many travel options cycle, buses, Essex Road Station, Canonbury Station, and Highbury and Islington.
Cleaner does full house every other week.
I am a university researcher.
There is a smaller room at the back (already rented to a couple with a small very friendly dog) and two larger rooms at the front. One of these is taken. The main master bedroom is available as a short let only (maximum 2 months)
