4-min walk from Canonbury Overground with fast links to Shoreditch, Camden, Stratford. 10-min walk to Highbury & Islington tube/overground/rail station (Victoria line). 15-min walk to Dalston, Angel, Clissold Park. Lots of buses within 2-min walk.

We are looking to share with a clean and considerate professional female aged between 30-40.

As for us (Amanda & Mathilde) - we are two female professionals who enjoy movie nights, bbqs at the weekend, and always partial to a pub trip. We are normally quite chilled during the week and looking for someone with a similar routine.

References and deposit (£755) required but no agency/landlord fees.
Bills are not included in the rental price and come to roughly £150 per month, including utilities and internet.
