Hot water and central heating, washing machine, double bed that’s hardly been used. Some of my ‘stuff ‘ will be in one double bedroom but this can be used for OCCASIONAL guests / storage. Cactus needs watering, and you’ll be surrounded by a lot of books, objects & art. Good wifi, and Now / Amazon TV. Great view and surrounded by trees and parks. Canonbury 5 mins / Highbury 10 mins walk. Numerous bus routes on Essex Road snd lots of good pubs !
