Looking for a fabulous new flatmate to join this lovely girls flat! Available weekend of August 17th. Either late on the 17th or morning of 18th - TBC.

Location detail:
- 4 min walk to Canonbury Overground station
- 10 min walk to Highbury & Islington station

Flat details:
- Basement flat for huge detached luxury townhouse
- Landlady lives in house above, which is super helpful for getting any issues fixed quickly. We have a great relationship with Judith and have never had any problems
- Huge front and back garden (landlord is very happy for us to use these whenever we want and have a key to the garden)
- Big shared open plan living room / kitchen with sofas, armchairs, dining table and breakfast bar
- Utility room with washer and drier
- 2 other bedrooms, each with ensuites

Room details:
- big double room with window and built in wardrobes
- bed and white chest of draws provided
- private ensuite
- enough room to have a desk

Cost details:
- Rent = £900
Council Tax = £77.05 per month (to be paid to the landlord when you pay monthly rent)
- Electricity, water and wifi additions
- We have a cleaner come every 2 weeks which is £50 split between the 3 of us

Current flatmates details:
- Mahalia is a fantastic 29 year old Australian journalist who loves Vanderpump rules, hitting the gym and F1. She's been in the flat for several years and is a total gem

- Maisie is 27 from Surrey and joined the flat in December. She has been such a fun addition and is an incredible chef who just finished at Hello Fresh to go freelance. There is often yummy baking in the house for us to try :)

I am moving out as I am moving in with my boyfriend but have absolutely loved my time in the flat. We all get on really well but do have our own lives and things going on, but when we get the chance we love to have a chat and hangout!

Ideal future flatmate:
- We are ideally looking for a professional female who is about 26-31 who is very tidy and wants a calm house as base
- Looking for someone who doesn't work from home full time (split of office and WFH is fine) and no students
- Mahalia works some shift work so it is important that the right person is respectful
- must be LGBTQ friendly
