Unfortunately, I'm moving back to Australia so my room is up for grabs in a great 2-bed flat in Newington Green!

The flat has high ceilings and gets plenty of sun throughout which is super nice and rare to find. It's the perfect spot for a young professional looking for a solid base in a great part of London.

The Room:
Bright double room with two double wardrobes, space for a desk and a large window with plenty of natural light. There's also plenty of storage and comes furnished.

The Location:
Perfectly located in the northeast. Your local cafe is Jolene and your local pub is The Lady Mildmay. It's a really well-connected spot with plenty of buses within a 5-minute walk and the overground is equally close. It's a 15-minute walk into Islington, Stoke Newington, London Feilds and Shoreditch, with Dalston and De Bouvier on your doorstep too.

The Housemate:
James is 30, works in tech, runs, golfs, enjoys a pint, travels a lot and spends a few days a week at his girlfriend's place so you'll have a nice mix of a house to yourself and a great housemate. Keen for someone who's easygoing, clean, up for the odd pint or meal but also respectful of each other's time and space.
