Quiet room situated at the back of the property, overlooking communal gardens. Double bed and huge built in wardrobe with drawers, shelves and loads of hanging space.

Living area
Large living area with TV, comfy sofa and dining area also used by me for working from home 1 day a week. You are welcome to put up your own pictures etc to make it feel like our shared space!

Kitchen & Balcony
Massive kitchen with all appliances included. Dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven & gas hob, large fridge and lots of storage space. I have kitchenware already so I would ask that you don’t bring your own. Access to the south facing balcony is through the kitchen, which you are welcome to use any time. There is a small table and chairs out there for summer evening drinks!

Bathroom
Brand new modern bathroom finished to a high standard. Powerful shower with inbuilt shelves. Bathtub. Storage space for skincare & bathroom essentials. Underfloor heating.

Hi! I’m Alison, I’m 32 years old, I’m the production manager for a fashion brand in Mayfair Monday to Thursday, and I work from home every Friday.
I love walking, cooking, going out with friends, a gritty 3-part crime drama, playing golf, pub quizzes and Pilates.
I am out of the flat most days 8am-8pm, and at weekends I’m usually out and about. Occasionally you will have the place to yourself whenever I'm away.

I’m really looking for a flatmate rather than a lodger. We will share the space equally! I would love to share with another female professional, preferably 28-40yrs old, someone who doesn’t work from home more than 2 days a week. Someone respectful of me and our neighbours, someone tidy who wants to keep a nice home. No couples please! No pets unless it’s a cat.

Location
Canonbury street is a quiet and safe street to live on. The flat was built in the 1940’s and is well maintained. The flat is one of 4 flats in our building, situated on the 2nd floor (no lift sorry!) the other 3 flats are super lovely neighbours. There is 2 great pubs nearby; the Marquess Tavern and Myddleton Arms, great for a 3 minute stumble home. We are 10 minutes walk from De Beauvoir Town for a cute villagey feel, or 5 minute bus to Angel where there is 3 supermarkets and loads of other shops/bars/restaurants. The flat is also a 2 minute walk from New River Walk.

-Loads of buses. Very easy to get anywhere in London.
