I am moving out of the flat and will need someone to replace me until the end of the tenancy in mid June. We have lived here for over 2 years.

The flat
3 storey maisonette located on a quiet estate, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, kitchen/lounge/bathroom on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement, one of those bedrooms would be yours.

Location
Located 10 mins walk from Canonbury station, 15 mins from Highbury & Islington. 2 mins from a Tesco & Sainsburys.

Flatmates
3 guys in mid to late twenties, working in film, civil service and teaching. All respectful flatmates that are friends who like films/cinema, music going to gigs and clubs and travelling.
