We are looking for someone to take this amazing room in Cannonbury. £850 monthly, bills included ( £730 rent + £120 bills) We don't have shared living room. The room is south facing so you’ll get plenty of sun. Plenty of natural light.
Quick shopping with a local Tesco and Sainsbury’s a few steps away. Amazing pubs and restaurants just around the corner, very good connections to the centre of London with buses running throughout the night, and a little stroll to either Cannonbury, Dalston junction overground, Angel and Highbury tube station
It's a furnished room.
The flat is composed of two floors. There’s a bedroom, kitchen and toilet on the first floor, then a bathroom along with your room and another bedroom on the bottom floor.
Tenancy:
The future tenant needs to provide 3 months wage slips, Passport, previous landlord reference, 3 months bank statement.

The lease starts in November the 10th.

Gioele is Italian, he’s an incredibly talented mural painter who works in east London. Works from home from time-to-time.
Myself, I'm Spanish and and I'm working as Electrical engineer for the National Portrait Gallery. I'm mostly working so you will barely see me.

House living:
It's a home ideal for relax after work. We have a cleaning rota, we like things clean and tidy.
For people with partners, we are happy for +1 coming to stay BUT not to be here all the time.
Basically as long as the house is clean and you are respectful, we will be happy.
Bills:
Internet, council tax, water, gas & electricity on top whenever the bills come. An average of £130 a month give or take

About you:
